Jan. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Steve O'Hanna, a fund manager at Fat Prophets in Sydney, talks about China Petrochemical Corp.'s agreement to pay $1.1 billion to increase its stake in an Australian liquefied natural gas development led by ConocoPhillips and Origin Energy Ltd.
